HOW LIFE-SHARE WORKS
Life-Share members pull funds together and get the best healthcare service for their families. This is one of our way to help families to save money also help those who can afford the high cost of healthcare.
* Members are asked to contribute one small flat fee every month. There will be no co-pay when you visit your doctor or pharmacy.
We ask every member to help us multiply by enrolling more members. Our goal is to enroll one million members in the program. Membership powers our ability to help more families.

2022 Mission Aid Project (MAP) Life-Share membership enrollment is now open! Our healthcare program is now available in Texas, Louisiana and Alabama, Register yourself and your family. MAP Life-Share is a shared healthcare program that covers medical, dental and vision. This program is managed by Mission Aid Project through membership contributions to provide a healthcare alternative to low-income families and individuals who cannot afford the high cost of health systems. Mission Aid Project is not an insurance agency. We are a nonprofit organization that combines membership contributions and funds raised through grants and gift contributions from friends like you. Funds are used to pay for the best healthcare service for families in need.
